Know, don't guess when your emails are read

Have you ever sent an email and wondered if it got lost on its way? Maybe you're waiting for a reply that never comes. Well, TraceMail is here to help with that. It's a tool that tells you exactly when someone opens your email. Let's look at how TraceMail is made and why it's great for everyone.

01.

Research Project

TraceMail started as a question: How can we know if our emails are being read? This curiosity kicked off our research phase. We searched online on how other platforms do this. Our goal was to understand the main pain points of email communication. This phase was all about gathering insights to fuel our project. We found out that:

Design / Development

With a solid understanding of what other competitors did, we moved on to the design and development stage. This was where the fun began. Our team sketched out the user interface, focusing on simplicity and ease of use. Developers then turned these designs into reality, coding away to create a tool that could track emails. Through several iterations, we refined TraceMail, ensuring it was both powerful and user-friendly. With a small team of developers, we built TraceMail using:

Project Testing and PWC

No product is complete without thorough testing, and TraceMail was no exception. We put our tool through rigorous tests to catch any bugs and to make sure it worked seamlessly across different email platforms. PWC checked the requirements for safety and compliance Google. Their insights were invaluable, helping us tweak and improve TraceMail to better meet their needs.
